Strong hands-on expertise in C/C++, Java, Go, or Python with credibility across full stack.
Deep knowledge of computer networking (L2-L4, routing, switching, NAT, DHCP, DNS, VLANs, WAN/LAN, IEEE 802.11) and device management standards (TR-369, TR-181, TR-069).
This is an in-office role based in Hyderabad, India. Bachelor's or Master's degree in relevant engineering field.
Work Experience Required: 12+ years in software engineering with 3+ years in people management.
Experienced leader comfortable balancing hands-on technical depth with people management and cross-team coordination in networking and broadband domains.
Operates well in a complex, large-scale environment managing distributed, multi-vendor device fleets and cloud control planes.
Comfortable serving as a technical customer interface and industry forum representative with a bias for architecture, operational excellence, and industry standards evolution.
