Mandatory flexibility to work in a 24/7 rotational shift schedule including nights and weekends.
Experienced in production-level debugging using browser dev tools, APM, and server log analysis tools.
Skilled in writing clear technical RCAs and collaborating cross-functionally with engineering, QA, and SRE teams.
Comfortable operating in a high-pressure environment managing critical incident triage and resolution under tight SLAs.
