Lead mentorship, code quality standards, React testing automation, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product engineering and user experiences.
Minimum Requirements
5+ years industry experience in React.js and frontend development, preferably in eCommerce, headless, and API-driven architectures.
3+ years hands-on experience with Salesforce Composable Storefronts using SF PWA Kit and Salesforce Managed Runtime.
2+ years of team leadership experience.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Expertise in React.js ecosystem including hooks, state management, and Node.js orchestration/BFF layers within SFCC B2C environment.
Experience in performance optimization, testing automation tools (Jest, Vitest, Playwright, Cypress), and modern frontend architectures.
Proven ability to lead and mentor teams in a complex, AI-first and Spec Driven Development environment focused on headless commerce.
