Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Strong expertise in Java, Python, or TypeScript/JavaScript with ability to review architecture and make strategic trade-offs.
Experience building and operating systems in regulated financial services with knowledge of compliance (SOC 2, SOX, GDPR) and cloud (AWS preferred).

Experienced at leading multiple squads and managing mid-level managers (M3) with a focus on talent development and high standards for delivery.
Balancing strategic planning and hands-on problem solving, including managing escalated production incidents.
