Minimum Requirements
12+ years of professional full-stack software engineering experience with frontend, backend, APIs, and data.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related technical discipline.
Proficiency in modern frontend (JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, CSS) and backend development (OOP, RESTful APIs, databases, data modeling).
Daily hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code, Codex, GitHub Copilot) and Salesforce platform tech (Lightning Web Components, Apex, SOQL/SOSL) or willingness to ramp up.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced engineer with deep architectural intuition and strong debugging skills, comfortable owning features from design through production support.
AI-native developer fluent in integrating AI coding tools across the full software development lifecycle, not limited to a single specialty.
Adaptable and curious with ability to quickly adopt platforms like Salesforce and MuleSoft, and transform ambiguous business problems into reliable technical solutions.
