Minimum Requirements
CA, CMA (ICWA), MBA Finance, or equivalent professional qualification required.
3-5 years of experience in Manufacturing Finance, Accounting, FP&A, or Plant Finance.
Strong knowledge of Indian GAAP and US GAAP, SOX compliance, and cost/inventory accounting mandatory.
Experience with Oracle R12/ERP systems and advanced Excel skills preferred.

Experienced in manufacturing or plant finance environment with ability to analyze variances and support strategic financial planning.
Skilled in cross-functional stakeholder management in matrix organizations and supporting internal/external audits.
