Financial Controller

Lead and oversee all financial operations including accounting, reporting, compliance, and audits ensuring accuracy and regulatory adherence.

Drive budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and reporting to support operational efficiency and strategic planning.

Manage cash flow, banking relationships and provide financial insights to senior leadership impacting organizational performance and investment decisions.

5-10 years of progressive experience in Director of Finance or equivalent senior financial leadership role.

Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration, or professional certification (CA, CPA, or equivalent).

Expertise in Indian financial regulations, compliance, audit management, and financial reporting.

Strong proficiency in financial systems, accounting software, and data analysis tools.

Experienced in managing finance functions in complex operational environments, preferably in hospitality or regulated industries.

Strategic thinker capable of aligning financial strategies with organizational objectives and long-range planning.

Demonstrated leadership in developing finance teams and driving process improvements with strong analytical and communication skills.
