Own the design, development, and evolution of EMEA-wide Quality & Continuous Improvement performance analytics architecture including KPI definitions and data models.
Develop and present monthly analytics to senior leadership, providing data-driven insights, root cause analysis, and recommendations.
Lead platform development including Power BI dashboards, process mining tool implementation, automation of reporting, and governance of data quality.
Minimum Requirements
10–15 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or performance management.
Expert-level Power BI skills with complex DAX, data modelling, and deployment pipelines; advanced SQL including query optimisation and stored procedures.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or Business.
Experience with process mining platforms (Celonis preferred) and working knowledge of SAP QM, MM, SD modules.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Proven ability to design and own analytics architecture and KPI frameworks from scratch in a global matrix organization.
Experience presenting to and advising senior leadership (Director+ level) with strong strategic and data storytelling skills.
Demonstrated ownership mindset treating analytics platforms as products with focus on continuous improvement and automation (targeting 50% reduction in manual reporting).
