Own the design, development, and evolution of EMEA-wide Quality & Continuous Improvement performance analytics architecture including KPI definitions and data models.
Develop and present monthly analytics to senior leadership, providing data-driven insights, root cause analysis, and recommendations.
Lead platform development including Power BI dashboards, process mining tool implementation, automation of reporting, and governance of data quality.
10–15 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or performance management.
Expert-level Power BI skills with complex DAX, data modelling, and deployment pipelines; advanced SQL including query optimisation and stored procedures.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or Business.
