2-3 years of hands-on experience in automation, operations, or technical analyst roles.
Strong scripting skills with Google Apps Script, Python, Excel/VBA, or similar.
Daily, active use of AI tools (e.g., Claude, Copilot) for coding and problem solving.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in hands-on technical automation with a focus on building scalable AI-first operational workflows.
Comfortable working directly with senior leadership to identify and automate manual workflow bottlenecks.
Technically proficient in API integration, modular code design (OOP), and maintaining reliable automation systems in fast-paced startup environments.
