Minimum Requirements
7+ years of professional backend engineering experience.
3+ years of Kotlin development with expertise in asynchronous backend frameworks (preferably Ktor).
Experience with Kafka or similar event streaming platforms, Kubernetes deployment, CI/CD, git, and build automation tools.
Location requirement: Full-time position based in Bangalore, India.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in building and managing large-scale, multi-regional backend systems with multiple platform installations across different datacenters.
Hands-on expertise with payment platforms and production-level familiarity with Ktor is highly preferred.
Operating style includes autonomy over service architecture and deployment, with strong collaboration and mentoring responsibilities within an engineering team.
