Develop, execute, and analyze regression, functional, and performance test plans including automation for software products and appliances.
Identify, setup, test, and troubleshoot complex permutations of software, hardware, network, and cloud configurations.
Develop and extend automation scripts and tools, participate in code/design reviews, and collaborate with software development and networking experts.
Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
Minimum 2+ years professional experience in System and Software QA in Agile environments.
Strong programming and automation skills in Python and/or Playwright/Selenium.
Strong understanding of cloud technologies (OCI/AWS/Azure), networking protocols (L2-L7), and storage constructs on cloud and on-premise.
Experienced in building testbeds, troubleshooting, and isolating software/hardware/network issues in complex systems.
Comfortable working independently with ability to interpret directions and deliver on QA best practices.
Familiar with cloud environments and Agile SDLC, capable of immediate contribution in a fast-paced QA Centre of Excellence setting.
