Lead and coordinate a small agile development team, manage complex codebases, and drive architectural design for scalable event-driven systems.
Minimum Requirements
14-19 years of industry experience in software development.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related technical field.
Expert-level proficiency in Core Java, OOPS, low latency programming, socket programming, multithreading, and API gateways.
Experience building and running distributed node architecture applications on-premises with strong knowledge of Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, and performance tuning.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Demonstrated ability to own end-to-end application lifecycle including architecture, design, development, and deployment in a deadline-driven environment with minimal supervision.
Strong background in financial technology, specifically FX/Equity trading domains and familiarity with OMS/EMS and FIX/binary protocols is highly desirable.
Experienced in agile methodologies (Scrum), continuous integration/deployment tools (Jenkins, Git, JFrog), and building scalable low latency event-driven architectures.
