Own the design, build, operation, and optimization of a cloud-native distributed platform supporting agentic AI applications at scale with enterprise-grade reliability.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define user requirements and product dependencies, creating design documents and driving project and release plans.
Act as Designated Responsible Individual (DRI) for system reliability including monitoring, alerting, on-call incident response, and continuous performance improvements.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field.
6+ years of experience designing, building, and operating production-grade software and services at scale.
Must pass Microsoft Cloud Background Check and meet Microsoft security screening requirements.
Work Experience Required: 6+ years in relevant software development and operations roles.

Strong experience developing and operating distributed systems, AI/ML infrastructure, developer platforms, or cloud services with measurable impact.
Proven ability to collaborate across teams and engage with customers during integration or deployment to deliver value.
Experienced in incident response, monitoring, production issue troubleshooting, and driving engineering best practices at scale.
