Lead the development and enhancement of multiple Synchrony Data Warehouse ETL projects using Ab Initio and related technologies.
Provide technical oversight including design review, coding, and testing certification, ensuring compliance with data governance and security standards.
Drive efficiency and performance improvements in data warehouse operations, and manage vendor deliverables and production promotion processes.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or MCA with at least 6 years of data management experience.
Minimum 6 years of experience with ETL tools, specifically Ab Initio.
Proficiency in Unix Scripting, SQL, Software Version Control, Agile methodologies, and Data Warehouse concepts.
Work Timing: Must be available between 06:00 AM to 11:30 AM EST with flexible remaining hours; location flexibility includes Hyderabad, Bengaluru, Pune, Kolkata, or Delhi/NCR.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in financial services data management with strong background in data architecture, modelling, and big data/cloud technologies.
Capable of leading technical teams and coordinating across departments including vendors and service delivery, demonstrating strong communication skills.
Comfortable working in a dynamic environment managing multiple assignments and applying Agile software development practices.
