Lead complex functional testing and automation efforts for Duck Creek Claims software applications.
Design, execute and maintain automated test suites; provide quality certification and collaborate with development teams to ensure test coverage and adherence to standards.
Coordinate with upstream/downstream teams and support User Acceptance Testing to validate application changes and optimize new or existing applications.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related STEM field (or equivalent experience).
Minimum 4 years of experience in functional and automated testing with mandatory exposure to Duck Creek Claims (versions 10.x or 11.x on-prem preferred).
Proficiency with testing tools such as Selenium or Playwright; experience in API test automation (SOAP UI, ReadyAPI) and SQL for database testing.
Knowledge of XML, XSLT, XPath, browser DOM, and understanding of CI/CD pipeline integration with testing processes.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in the insurance claims domain with deep understanding of claims lifecycle and associated processes to provide effective functional coverage.
Operates strategically by contributing to overall testing strategy, process improvement, and collaboration across multiple internal teams.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, start-up like environment with ownership mentality and ability to deliver high-quality results aligned with business requirements.
