Lead complex functional testing and automation efforts for Duck Creek Claims software applications.
Design, execute and maintain automated test suites; provide quality certification and collaborate with development teams to ensure test coverage and adherence to standards.

Experienced in the insurance claims domain with deep understanding of claims lifecycle and associated processes to provide effective functional coverage.
Operates strategically by contributing to overall testing strategy, process improvement, and collaboration across multiple internal teams.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, start-up like environment with ownership mentality and ability to deliver high-quality results aligned with business requirements.
