Minimum Requirements
8–12 years of software development experience with strong programming skills in C++ and Java.

Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, Docker, Kubernetes, Unix, and RDBMS/database concepts.
Strong knowledge of Agile development, CI/CD practices, debugging, troubleshooting, and software design principles.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in leading software development projects involving complex technical issues and cross-geography collaboration.
Proficient in cloud platform technologies along with containerization tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.
Effective at independently taking ownership from planning through delivery within Agile teams, with demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.
