Minimum Requirements
3+ years of ServiceNow development experience including modules like ITSM, ITOM, SPM, HAM, SAM, CSM, or SPO.
Strong proficiency in JavaScript, ServiceNow APIs, web services, and enterprise integration methods.
Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related technical field required.
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification and understanding of ITIL principles mandatory.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in Agile development environments with demonstrated cross-functional stakeholder collaboration skills.
Technically strong in ServiceNow platform customizations and API integrations, capable of translating requirements into scalable solutions.
