Own end-to-end design and delivery for ServiceNow ITAM modules HAM and SAM, including translating requirements into technical designs and managing build activities across sprints.
Lead customer engagements such as workshops, design walkthroughs, sprint playbacks, defect triages, and technical status meetings, managing risks and dependencies.
Oversee team leadership including setting development standards, reviewing developer work, and coordinating across onsite/offshore teams, ensuring integration with existing CMDB/ITOM environment.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum 8 years of ServiceNow platform experience with at least 3 years focused on ITAM HAM/SAM, including delivering two full-cycle HAM and/or SAM Pro implementations.
Required certifications: ServiceNow CSA; CIS-HAM and/or CIS-SAM (at least one, both preferred).
Strong expertise in scoped applications, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP integrations, ACL/security, and performance on ServiceNow.
Work Experience Required: 8+ years ServiceNow with 3+ years ITAM (HAM/SAM) focused experience.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Proven ability to independently lead technical design and customer-facing workshops, capable of defending design decisions to architects and leadership.
Experienced in integrating HAM/SAM with mature live CMDB and ITOM setups, showing in-depth understanding of CSDM, discovery data flows, and reconciliation.
Comfortable working with complex integration landscapes including procurement, endpoint management tools, and managing delivery across geographically dispersed teams.
