Senior Manager - Implementation Services - Calc Config

Lead planning, analysis, and delivery of wealth implementation projects ensuring high-quality solutions for stakeholder business outcomes.

Manage requirements traceability, solution evaluation, and documentation including functional and technical specifications for wealth platforms like Pension Manager, IPAS, Open, Calc Studio, Sonata, and Superb.

Coordinate testing activities, stakeholder communication, and continuous improvement initiatives following Agile and User Centred Design methodologies.

Minimum 9 years of experience in service industry roles related to wealth domain implementations.

Subject Matter Expert in Wealth (DB/DC) domain with deep knowledge of wealth platforms and calculator configuration.

Experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA and ServiceNow (now SPM) for project and task management.

Role based in Gurgaon/Noida with hybrid working model requiring minimum three days per week onsite presence.

Experienced in end-to-end implementation life cycle with strong root cause analysis and resource planning skills.

Demonstrates effective stakeholder management including communication on project status and scope adherence.

Skilled in multi-tasking and independent project management with ability to analyze metrics and deliver quality outcomes.
