Develop and execute comprehensive test strategies covering functional, integration, API, end-to-end, regression, and data validation to ensure quality during legacy to modernized application transition.
Perform complex system integration and database migration testing including data reconciliation from SQL Server to PostgreSQL, ensuring data integrity and functional parity.
Leverage AI-led quality engineering tools and automation frameworks to optimize testing processes, enable continuous integration, and drive defect analysis and regression optimization.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum 7+ years of experience in Software Testing / Quality Engineering.
Strong experience with functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing of Angular, .NET/.NET Core applications and REST APIs.
Proficient in SQL and hands-on experience with database migration, ETL testing, and source-to-target data validation involving SQL Server and PostgreSQL.
Experience with test automation frameworks (e.g., Playwright, Selenium, Cypress, Karate, Rest Assured) and understanding of CI/CD pipelines and Agile delivery models.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in legacy application modernization programs with ability to validate application and data parity during platform migration.
Skilled in applying AI-led quality engineering, comfortable using GenAI tools for test scenario generation, automation development, and root cause analysis.
Capable of taking end-to-end ownership of quality, proactively identifying business risks, designing intelligent test coverage, and collaborating across multidisciplinary teams.
