Provide corporate, partnership, and individual tax services including devising, planning, and executing tax strategies and researching tax issues.
Prepare and/or review various tax returns such as 990, 5500, corporate, partnership, and individual returns including federal, foreign, state, and local aspects.
Support and coach Tax Staff, review their work, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement in tax processes.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or related field required.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in U.S. taxation, including at least 2 years preparation and 1 year review of tax returns.
Experience in a public accounting firm with proficiency in corporate (1120) and partnership (1065) returns.
CPA (US) or CA (ICAI) preferred; candidates must be eligible to pursue certification if not certified currently.
Experienced in managing multiple tax engagements and meeting deadlines with strong client service skills.
Capable of working independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication skills.
Motivated for professional growth and flexible to work overtime and travel when required.
