Support client tax engagements across partnership, corporate, and individual taxes, including preparation and review of federal, state, local, and foreign tax returns.
Conduct tax research, develop and implement tax strategies, and ensure timely and accurate delivery of tax filings and estimates.
Manage multiple client engagements, mentor Tax Staff, identify process improvements, and stay updated on relevant tax regulations.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in U.S. Taxation, including preparing and reviewing partnership (1065) and corporate (1120) tax returns.
CPA (US) or CA (ICAI) preferred; candidates must be eligible to pursue certification if not currently certified.
Previous experience in public accounting or professional services preferred; flexibility for extra hours and travel needed.
Experienced in managing diverse tax engagements for middle-market businesses, not-for-profits, and high-net-worth individuals.
Capable of guiding junior staff and collaborating across teams to deliver efficient client service.
Comfortable working with complex tax regulations and adapting to evolving compliance environments.
