Manage and perform quality audits on Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) functions including billing, cash posting, credit balance, accounts receivables, denial management, and correspondence review.
Generate, analyze, and distribute RCM metrics and audit reports (daily, weekly, monthly) to leadership, highlighting gaps, trends, and improvement opportunities.
Lead process improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma methodologies to enhance accuracy and compliance with billing rules, and collaborate with teams to implement corrective actions.
Minimum 3+ years of industry experience; 2+ years specifically in RCM quality audits.
Graduate degree required in any discipline.
Proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint for reporting and data analysis.
Experience and understanding of core RCM processes and metrics like Days in AR, Aging >90 days, collections, and bad debt.
Experienced in managing and communicating detailed audit findings to leadership in a clear, actionable format.
Strong analytical capabilities to interpret raw data and develop recommendations within healthcare RCM processes.
Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams (onshore and internal) to implement process improvements and calibrate quality standards.
