Ownership of month-end close and financial reporting under IND AS/IGAAP and US GAAP for captive unit of MNC.
Manage compliance activities including finalization of accounts and coordination of internal, statutory, and tax audits.
Ensure intra-group contracting, billing, reconciliations, process controls, and cash management reporting.
Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) or Cost & Works Accountant (CWA) or bachelor's degree in finance/accounting.
Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting and finance, preferably in MNC environment.
Strong knowledge of IND AS, IGAAP, US GAAP, and Companies Act compliance.
Experience or familiarity with SAP environment preferred.
Demonstrated ability to independently handle R2R processes, GL close, taxation, and ensure timely closure.
Experience working within MNCs supporting complex financial and compliance functions.
Comfortable operating within structured accounting frameworks and collaborating to maintain process controls.
