Lead end-to-end implementation projects for D365 Finance and Supply Chain Management (FSCM) focusing on SCM modules including Production Control, BOMs, routings, master planning, and Advanced Warehousing.
Conduct requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, solution design workshops, and prepare functional design documents, configuration docs, and test scripts for D365 FSCM.
Provide ongoing Level 2 and Level 3 support including troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, handling service tickets, and mentoring junior consultants in FSCM areas.
Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, accounting, or related field or equivalent experience.
5-7 years of experience implementing and/or supporting D365 FSCM focused on SCM modules (Procurement, Sales & Marketing, Inventory, Production, Master Planning, Advanced Warehousing).
Certification: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management Functional Consultant Associate mandatory.
Experience working with ISVs, 3rd-party add-ons, and FSCM customization tools.
Experienced in leading D365 FSCM implementation projects with strong expertise in supply chain management modules.
Capable of performing functional configuration and documentation along with supporting integration and customization efforts.
Demonstrates ability to coach junior consultants and act as escalation point for complex FSCM issues.
