Oversee program schedules, budgets, scope, quality, and regulatory/government/security certification processes with internal and external partners.
Minimum Requirements
10+ years of experience in manufacturing and/or technical product development.
5+ years of Project and Program Management experience managing complex software and hardware programs across multiple development teams.
Proficiency with project management tools like JIRA, Confluence, Agile PLM, MS Project, or Smartsheets.
BA/BS degree in a technical discipline or equivalent practical experience.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Proven leader in cybersecurity software and hardware product development and manufacturing in network security domain.
Strong cross-functional team leadership across multiple time zones with experience managing interdependencies and coordinating software releases.
Experienced in regulatory certification for network security products (e.g. FIPS, Common Criteria, DoDIN, CSfC) and managing third-party contracts and outsourced deliveries.
