Support AI Manager

Lead and manage two interconnected teams: bot building and bot quality/monitoring for AI-powered support bots.

Personally review bot builds against ERDs and PRDs to ensure quality and adherence to specifications before deployment.

Define and own testing and monitoring processes, manage issue resolution, and maintain feedback loops with product management to improve bot quality.

4+ years of experience managing teams across multiple functions or workstreams.

Hands-on experience in design, build, or QA of AI-driven voice, chat, or email bots with ability to evaluate builds against specifications.

Experience working within a cross-functional product team structure, closely collaborating with a product manager.

Work Experience Required: 4+ years in team management and hands-on bot development or QA.

Experienced technical leader comfortable driving both people management and detailed quality assurance processes for AI support bots.

Strong process-oriented mindset with demonstrated success defining and owning testing/monitoring cadences in evolving AI bot environments.

Proven ability to bridge communication between technical teams and product/business stakeholders to ensure alignment and issue resolution.
