Associate Growth Manager - 1

Own re-engagement and lifecycle growth campaigns for Nek across Jar App, Nek Web, and Nek App to drive incremental GMV and revenue.

Build and refine data-driven user cohorts and personalize user journeys based on behaviour, intent, and transaction history.

Design, execute, and analyze A/B tests and experiments to validate growth ideas and measure incremental impact across multiple channels including In-App, Push Notifications, and WhatsApp.

1-3 years of experience in growth, marketing, or analytics roles within fast-paced, data-driven environments.

Strong analytical skills including cohort analysis, funnel metrics, user segmentation, and A/B testing.

Experience with lifecycle marketing tools like Push Notifications, In-App communication, WhatsApp, and analytics platforms such as Clevertap and Mixpanel.
