Basic knowledge of MS Office and good command over spoken and written English.
Experience specifically in insurance certificate issuance compliant with regulatory standards and internal quality targets.
Ability to manage workload under strict timelines with attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Comfortable working in hybrid mode with flexible shift timings as per business needs.
