Head of Operations and Business Services - New Delhi, India

Lead and oversee all key operational functions including Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality and Health & Safety, Finance, Administration, Import/Export, IT and HR for Gripple India.

Drive strategic planning, budgeting, performance management and digital transformation initiatives to support ambitious growth plans.

Lead the identification, evaluation, and delivery of a new manufacturing facility as a critical project for long-term business expansion.

8 to 10 years of proven experience in operations and general management.

Experience managing customer invoicing, supply chain, and production teams within manufacturing or industrial environments.

Strong commercial and financial acumen including budget responsibility, forecasting, and cost control.

Must be based onsite in New Delhi, India (working hours Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM flexible).

Experienced leader capable of managing multiple business functions inclusive of operations, finance, supply chain, and HR in a manufacturing setting.

Demonstrated success in delivering strategic projects and operational improvements with a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution.

Skilled in building high-performing teams and fostering a culture of accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement.
