Global Banking & Markets Operations - Private Lending Operations - Associate-Bengaluru

Manage day-to-day operations and administration of a syndicated loan portfolio, including processing transactions and loan lifecycle events to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Perform operational controls, reconciliations, and risk management to maintain high standards and mitigate operational risks in syndicated and bilateral loan servicing.

Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth loan servicing, timely processing, and issue resolution.

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field.

3-6 years experience in syndicated loan operations, loan servicing, or related banking/financial services role.

Proficiency with loan administration systems such as Loan IQ, ACBS, WSO and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

Strong understanding of syndicated loan structures, credit agreements, and loan documentation.

Experienced in operational functions supporting syndicated/bilateral loan portfolios within fast-paced, complex financial services environments.

Skilled in analyzing complex loan documents and executing multiple detailed tasks with high accuracy and regulatory compliance.

Capable of working effectively across various stakeholder groups including underwriting, legal, credit, and external agents to ensure seamless loan execution.
