Lead, coach, and mentor a team of Software Engineers delivering ServiceNow professional services projects.
Develop and customize ServiceNow applications including UI, workflows, business logic, and integrations using REST/SOAP web services.
Maintain operational documentation, participate in user acceptance testing, and remediate production incidents related to customizations and integrations.
Minimum Requirements
4+ years of experience supporting implementation, administration, configuration, and/or development of ServiceNow.
Strong experience with ServiceNow Platform, Catalog, Custom applications, and integrations (mid servers, cloud-to-cloud).
Experience with Web Services integration (SOAP, REST), scripting (Business Rules, Client Scripts, Scripted REST APIs), and data extraction (JDBC, ODBC).
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems or equivalent work experience.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in leading technical teams and interfacing with end-users and stakeholders to gather system requirements.
Proficient in custom application development and integration within ServiceNow, able to guide customers on technical solutions aligned with business requirements.
Committed to continuing education and acquiring ServiceNow certifications such as CSA, CAD, and ITIL Foundation for competency development.
