Own end-to-end automation solutions architecture including process discovery, design, build, and production deployment across RPA, API integrations, and agentic/Computer Use Agent (CUA) technologies.
Lead proofs of concept for emerging automation technologies to de-risk innovations and make clear recommendations to leadership.
Design, build, and maintain reusable Python automation frameworks and components, mentor junior engineers, and ensure production scale, reliability, and observability.
Minimum Requirements
7+ years of experience building and running production automation or software with Python as a core skill.
Expert-level Python programming including architecture, packaging, performance tuning, and strong testing practices.
Hands-on expertise in RPA delivery with Python, plus experience with Playwright/Selenium for web automation and OCR/image techniques for Citrix or document automation.
Experience with Azure cloud services (Container Apps, Function Apps, Service Bus), Docker, SQL Server/T-SQL, CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps), and advanced asynchronous/message-driven design patterns.
Ideal Candidate Profile
A technically strong individual contributor with deep Python expertise who can own complex automation architectures end to end with strategic decision-making on technology approach.
Experienced in combining RPA with AI/ML-driven agentic automation and skilled in building scalable, reliable, and reusable automation frameworks for team adoption.
Comfortable working with cloud-native Azure technologies, containerization, and enterprise-grade observability and security requirements, particularly in regulated environments like healthcare.
