Lead and develop a global software engineering team responsible for the Informatica Intelligent Data Management Cloud (IDMC) and Master Data Management (MDM) platform.
Define and execute the technical strategy and architecture ensuring scalable, secure, and high-performing customer identity and master data solutions across cloud-native applications integrating with Google Cloud Platform.
Drive engineering excellence, operational metrics, and cross-functional delivery to provide a trusted, scalable customer data foundation supporting Ford Credit's global ecosystem.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
10+ years of software engineering experience.
3+ years of experience leading engineering teams, technical programs, or enterprise platforms.
Experience implementing and supporting Informatica MDM or equivalent enterprise master data solutions; strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, APIs, microservices; and public cloud solution design/deployment, preferably on Google Cloud Platform.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in architecting and leading delivery of complex, cross-functional technology initiatives involving master data management and customer identity platforms.
Skilled in cloud-native engineering with a focus on operational excellence, security compliance, and scalable platform performance, especially integrating Informatica solutions with Google Cloud services.
Comfortable managing globally distributed teams and collaborating closely with product, architecture, data, and business stakeholders in regulated/financial services environments.
