Scrum Master – Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC)

Facilitate Agile ceremonies and drive Agile delivery for the Salesforce Marketing Cloud development squad ensuring transparency and continuous improvement.

Collaborate with delivery managers, technical leads, and business stakeholders to maintain a healthy backlog and predictable delivery for Marketing Cloud projects.

Track and report sprint KPIs, remove impediments, coach Agile and DevOps best practices, and support release planning for Marketing Cloud deployments.

6+ years of experience as Scrum Master or Agile Coach, ideally in Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar marketing technology platforms.

Proven expertise in Agile methodologies with hands-on experience using Agile tools like JIRA or Azure DevOps for sprint and backlog management.

Working understanding of Salesforce Marketing Cloud concepts such as journeys, campaigns, and data extensions.

Work Experience Required: 6+ years as a Scrum Master/Agile Coach; Location: Bengaluru; Full-time position with remote/hybrid flexibility.

Experienced in facilitating Agile teams in marketing-technology or software delivery environments with a focus on Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

Strong communication and facilitation skills with ability to manage stakeholder collaboration and resolve conflicts efficiently.

Comfortable working in a multi-market, multi-language setting and contributing to Agile process improvements at scale.
