Minimum Requirements
Minimum 9 years experience developing web applications.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (BE/BTech) or equivalent work experience.
Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, REST/GraphQL services; familiarity with React JS and AWS services (S3, SQS, KMS, Lambda, RDS).
Experience leading technical teams, Agile methodologies (SCRUM), and software design/architecture processes.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in large scale backend and full-stack system design with strong ownership in technical architecture.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with senior engineers and product teams in Agile environments.
Strategic, analytical thinker with a solid grasp of privacy solution development, TDD, and modern cloud-native technologies like Kubernetes/Docker.
