Independently manage day-to-day accounting functions including bookkeeping, vendor and marketplace reconciliation, and receivables management.
Ensure statutory compliance for GST and TDS, coordinate with auditors and CA for filings and audits.
Prepare MIS reports and financial trackers to support management decision-making.
2-5 years of hands-on experience in accounting and finance.
Degree required: B.Com, M.Com, or equivalent.
Proficiency with accounting software such as Tally, Zoho Books, or similar.
Working knowledge of GST and TDS compliance including GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B filings.
Experience with D2C, e-commerce, retail, or multi-channel businesses, especially in marketplace settlement reconciliation.
Comfortable handling multiple sales channels such as Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto, or Shopify.
Strong Microsoft Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and attention to detail for handling reconciliations and reporting.
