Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline, or equivalent experience.
8+ years of software industry experience including product/program management or systems engineering.
Experience with finance systems such as Oracle Financials Applications, ERP Cloud, covering General Ledger, Intercompany, Procure to Pay, Fixed Assets, Projects, Accounting, XLA, Cash Management.
Strong project management skills and experience with Agile methodologies.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in finance transformation & strategy including Source to Report, Order to Cash, Record to Report processes and related technologies.
Proven ability to build scalable applications supporting Finance business capabilities with strong product mindset through full Product Development Lifecycle.
Data-driven decision maker with strong influencing skills capable of managing complex projects and aligning diverse stakeholders including Senior Leadership.
