10+ years in solutions engineering, technical architect, or similar customer-facing technical roles.
Solid experience with AIOps and/or Kafka technology.
Proficiency in API design and management, Authentication methods (OAuth, OIDC, JWT), Linux, Docker, Git, CI/CD pipelines, and SRE Observability tools.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced technical leader with deep expertise combining DevOps, AIOps, FinOps, system integration, and sales skills for enterprise customer engagement.
Strong operating background in API architecture, automation technologies, and infrastructure orchestration including AI trends and agentic AI.
Proven ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences and manage multiple complex projects successfully.
