Drive outbound prospecting campaigns to generate qualified sales meetings and identify new client opportunities focusing on Oracle solutions across multiple industries.
Support marketing initiatives including promoting Oracle webinars, driving registrations, and managing follow-up activities to ensure coordinated outreach.
Serve as a liaison between offshore and onshore sales teams, maintain accurate records of prospect interactions, and coordinate prospecting efforts across channels including email, LinkedIn, cold calls, and partner engagements.
Minimum Requirements
8+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales Support, or Inside Sales, preferably supporting US-based sales teams in technology or Oracle ecosystem.
Strong written and verbal English communication skills mandatory for US stakeholder interaction; proven experience drafting executive-level outreach emails.
Ability to work from office (WFO) as per policy; must be flexible to work graveyard shifts as needed.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar prospecting tools is a plus; CRM experience beneficial but not mandatory.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Demonstrated track record of proactive, hunter-oriented lead generation and business development with experience supporting US sales teams remotely.
Comfortable working collaboratively between offshore and onshore teams to coordinate sales and marketing activities effectively.
Knowledge of Oracle solutions and familiarity with one or more target industries such as Hospitality, Manufacturing, Consumer Products, or Professional Services to understand client challenges and value propositions.
