Manage reconciliation and processing of positions related to Corporate Action and Proxy events, including communication revisions and posting facilitation.
Review and ensure detailed understanding and processing of all Corporate Action/Proxy events; proactively reconcile instructions against eligible holders and execute client votes.
Identify process gaps, perform research to resolve discrepancies, update procedures, participate in testing and system implementations, and escalate issues as needed.
0-2 years of relevant experience in asset servicing or financial operations.
Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience is mandatory.
Knowledge of multiple investment instruments including Equity securities, Fixed Income, and Asset Backed securities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel and Word mandatory; Access desired).
Familiarity with asset servicing operations related to Corporate Actions and Proxy events with attention to detail in reconciliation.
Ability to work within a team-focused environment with cross-training participation and collaboration across departments.
Capable of identifying process improvements and comfortable with escalating issues and participating in testing and system enhancements.
