Oversee team leadership across regional and clinic managers, enforce compliance, cost optimization, and prepare operational reports to support strategic growth.
Minimum Requirements
12–18+ years experience in multi-location operations with mandatory experience managing 25+ outlets/centers/branches.
Strong P&L management exposure is essential.
Preferred MBA/PGDM; Healthcare management exposure is advantageous but not mandatory.
Location: Head Office with extensive travel across clinic network.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced multi-unit operations leader from Healthcare, Retail, Hospitality, QSR, Fitness, Diagnostics, or other large multi-unit formats.
Demonstrated ability to drive financial and operational KPIs across geographically dispersed centers.
Capable of managing large teams, implementing standardized processes, and leading change in complex operational environments.
