Lead and manage warehouse associates, conduct shift briefings, and allocate manpower based on operational priorities.
Prepare daily operational reports, track KPIs such as order fulfilment accuracy (99%), on-time dispatch (99%), and ensure compliance with safety and customer SLA standards.
Minimum Requirements
Graduate in any discipline.
5-7 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or supply chain operations.
Experience with WMS, SAP, or similar warehouse systems preferred.
Onsite location requirement: Hoskote / Bengaluru.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Demonstrated ability to manage warehouse operations using SAP or WMS with attention to operational KPIs and safety standards.
Experienced in team leadership and manpower planning in a warehouse or logistics setting.
Comfortable working onsite in Hoskote/Bengaluru and managing customer SLA compliance and audit readiness.
