Senior Supervisor - Operations

Manage day-to-day warehouse operations ensuring productivity, quality, inventory accuracy, customer service, safety, and cost targets are met.

Lead and supervise a team including supervisors, team leaders, and associates, overseeing performance, attendance, and manpower deployment.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives including Kaizen, Lean projects, automation, and process optimizations while managing operational reporting and stakeholder communication.

8-10 years of warehouse and logistics operations experience with minimum 3 years in supervisory or team management role.

Graduate degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.

Skills in SAP Inventory Control, KPI Management, People Management, Lean/Kaizen, and Microsoft Excel required.

Location: Hoskote, Bengaluru; work experience with large-scale warehouse operations and customer-facing accounts mandatory.

Experienced in managing large warehouse operations involving inbound, outbound, inventory control, and VAS activities with measurable performance outcomes.

Demonstrated leadership in team development, operational planning, and executing continuous improvement methodologies in logistics environments.

Strong operational ownership with ability to drive safety compliance, customer service excellence, and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
