Lead firmware validation and test automation for IoT-enabled and connected embedded products covering firmware, system, integration, and regression testing.
Design, develop, maintain, and enhance Python-based scalable automation frameworks, reusable libraries, and test scripts integrated with CI/CD pipelines.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to automate and validate communication protocols and perform end-to-end hardware-software integration and IoT product testing.
Minimum Requirements
5 to 10 years of experience in embedded firmware testing, automation, and validation for connected products.
Strong programming skills in Python; knowledge of C/C++ is required.
Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electronics & Instrumentation, Computer Engineering, or related field.
Location requirement: Pune, Maharashtra, India.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in embedded firmware test automation framework architecture with a focus on scalability and reusability.
Proficient with IoT communication protocols (e.g., MQTT, BLE, Zigbee, UART, TCP/IP) and hardware-software integration testing.
Familiar with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) and DevOps tools like Azure DevOps and Git/GitHub, and able to lead automation initiatives in cross-functional teams.
