Senior Engineer, Service Engineering & Automation

Own end-to-end automation of manual operational tasks including design, implementation, and lifecycle management to optimize delivery timelines and reduce errors.

Lead deployment, maintenance, and management of hybrid and private cloud solutions across global data centers, providing advanced engineering support and troubleshooting.

Serve as technical point of contact and governance lead for service delivery and engineering teams, presenting technical designs and leading major incident root cause analyses.

Minimum 6 years experience deploying, configuring, and managing virtual/cloud infrastructures.

Expert-level skills in infrastructure automation scripting and configuration management tools like Ansible, SaltStack, Puppet, or Chef.

Strong Linux OS system administration expertise and experience with version control systems and CI/CD pipeline architecture.

Experience with cloud management tools (CloudStack, OpenStack), knowledge of Hosting components and ITIL framework.

Experienced technical leader adept at bridging cloud infrastructure, automation, and hosting solutions in complex enterprise environments.

Comfortable operating as escalation point interfacing cross-functionally with delivery, sales, and data center teams to resolve critical support issues.

Proven ability to produce and govern technical documentation, mentor senior engineers, and define strategic technical proposals.
