Minimum Requirements
8-12 years of experience in software testing/quality engineering.
Strong experience in system testing and automation using Python/Ruby/Perl.
Expertise in distributed systems including APIs, networking, Linux, AWS, and NoSQL.
Education: BE or MS in Computer Science or related field.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in performance, concurrency, and reliability testing of large-scale distributed systems.
Experienced in CI/CD, Agile methodologies, and scalable test frameworks with shift-left quality integration.
Leadership ability demonstrated by mentoring SDET teams and driving quality improvements.
