Own and develop backend API features using FastAPI for recruitment lifecycle management including candidate pipelines and job configurations.

Capable of designing complex database schemas with optimized query performance and ensuring data isolation by tenant.
Operates independently on well-defined tasks, practices systems thinking emphasizing failure modes, edge cases, and code quality through thorough test coverage and code reviews.
