Minimum Requirements
Minimum 4 years of Python backend engineering experience with production-grade service development.
Proficiency in FastAPI, asyncio, SQLAlchemy, PostgreSQL (including schema design, indexing, EXPLAIN ANALYZE), and Alembic migrations.
Experience with async task queues such as AWS SQS and Celery, plus building and managing REST API integrations and webhooks.
Strong testing skills including writing unit, integration, and async tests; understanding of multi-tenant architecture and OAuth.
