Strong expertise with performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, Gatling, Locust) and serverless architectures (AWS Lambda, API Gateway).
Hands-on experience with performance monitoring/observability tools such as CloudWatch, Datadog, New Relic, and distributed tracing.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in leading performance engineering strategy with focus on serverless, distributed, and event-driven cloud-native systems.
Proficient in designing AI/ML-driven performance solutions and integrating performance engineering into CI/CD workflows.
Skilled at cross-team collaboration influencing architecture, cost-performance optimization (FinOps), and mentoring engineers in a SaaS environment.
