Minimum Requirements
Minimum 2 years of applied software engineering experience with formal training or certification.
Proficiency in FullStack development including React, TypeScript, Java/Python backend, AI skills, and AWS infrastructure.
Experience with system design, application development, testing, and operational stability in a corporate environment.
Hands-on experience using enterprise-authorized AI-assisted software development tools and understanding of secure coding standards and responsible AI use.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience working in agile environments with CI/CD practices, application resiliency, and security considerations.
Practical knowledge of Java, Spring Boot, Spring JPA, and database technologies preferred.
Comfortable leveraging AI-assisted development tools and critically evaluating AI-generated outputs within secure and scalable systems.
